We focus on day events and gatherings as the main priority, while also supporting overnights. Every decision — search filters, photos, pricing, amenities — is built around making your dinner, shower, shoot, offsite, or stay feel effortless and beautiful.
Transparent pricing.
Guests see one real total. No “service fee” surprise at checkout. Hosts pay a flat 3% — the lowest in the industry — and nothing else. Ever. We make our money when you do.
Curated, not flooded.
We say no far more than we say yes. Every home is visited, photographed professionally, and prepared to actually work for groups. We grow one city at a time so quality never slips.
From Our Team
We wanted spaces to celebrate for a day or host events, but options were limited and often not designed for that.
There wasn't much out there that truly focused on beautiful, functional homes for gatherings without complications.
So we built the platform we always wanted: simple pricing, homes that actually work for events and overnights, and a team that answers the phone (or at least the chat) when something unexpected happens.
