You’re Welcome launches in St. Louis and New York City
What we are, what we do, and why we are starting in two very different cities. Miami and San Francisco are next.
The You’re Welcome Team· Founders

One clear price for guests, a simple three percent fee for hosts, and spaces that make small gatherings easy.
You’re Welcome is a simpler way to book real homes for real gatherings, by the day or for an overnight stay. We focus on spaces that photograph beautifully, flow well for conversation, and make logistics easy. That means good light, straightforward rules, and parking that does not require a scouting mission.
We are launching in St. Louis and New York City. These two cities help us learn fast in different conditions. St. Louis is home base, where we can work closely with early hosts and guests. New York City is dense and high demand, which helps us test discovery, conversion, and what truly moves the needle on listing quality.
Hosts who photograph well and set clear expectations perform best on You’re Welcome. We keep pricing simple so the experience feels predictable. Guests see one clear price at checkout. Hosts pay a simple three percent fee. There are no surprise add ons.
Day bookings are ideal for showers, small dinners, photo shoots, content days, and offsites. Overnight stays are available on select listings with clear rules on capacity and events. We care about gatherings that feel good in the home and responsible to the neighborhood.
Next markets are Miami and San Francisco. We are lining up inventory, photography, and early guest demand. These cities let us learn about destination use cases and design forward homes, while continuing to improve our curation and quality bar.
Right now we are white glove onboarding for hosts. If your home photographs well and you want a clean way to earn from intimate gatherings, we will help you list quickly. Sign up at www.yourewelcomepp.com.
