These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the You're Welcome website and services, operated by J Group, LLC.

1. Using the platform
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into contracts to use You're Welcome. By creating an account, making a booking, or listing a space, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced here.
2. Bookings and payments
Guests agree to pay the total price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payments and payouts are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms and verification processes.
3. Hosts and guests
Hosts and guests are independent third parties. You're Welcome provides a platform to connect them, but does not own or manage the spaces listed and is not a party to the underlying rental or license agreements between users.
4. Content and reviews
You are responsible for any content you submit, including photos, descriptions, and reviews. You grant You're Welcome a limited license to use this content to operate and promote the platform. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
5. Prohibited activities
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by violating laws, damaging property, hosting unsafe events, bypassing fees, or attempting to interfere with security or operations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, You're Welcome (J Group, LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and its total liability is limited to certain amounts in connection with your use of the platform. Different or additional limits may apply where required by law.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms over time. When we make material changes, we'll provide notice where reasonable. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
